Introduction to Rolfing® Bodywork

The Pre-Training Workshops offer a practical introduction to Rolfing® Structural Integration, fascia work, and gravity orientation, while providing essential skills for improving structure, posture, and movement.

Rolfing® is a manual technique that mobilizes connective tissue, aligns the body in its natural relationship to gravity, and enhances overall well-being.

What to Expect:
Experienced instructors from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® Europe will introduce the theory behind Rolfing®. You'll experience various Rolfing® techniques and feel their effects. Additionally, you'll gain insight into the Rolfing® training program and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Tip: We recommend experiencing at least one Rolfing® session before the course to deepen your understanding and lay the foundation for further training.
