The course is residental and is taught over a period of 14 days including 4 days of Movement, 4 days of Anatomy and 4 days of Touch (with 2 days off). The movement section is taught by a Certified Rolf Movement Instructor. The touch section is taught by a Certified Rolfing Instructor. The anatomy section is taught by a Certified Life Science Instructor.
Spectrum Rolfing offers:
- a comprehensive introduction into the world of bodywork from a Rolfing perspective. It will provide you with new insights in the areas of body structure, movement coordination, 3-dimensional fascial and functional anatomy and manual bodywork skills.
- 14 days of knowledge and self-exploration in a rural setting in the rolling hills of Upper Bavaria. The “Berghof” in Agatharied offers full-board accommodation for between € 49-€ 69/day. This offers participants the opportunity to continue discussing, exploring and working with each other after class hours.
- appropriate practice for any bodyworker wishing to refresh and deepen their knowledge in the field of structure, movement and touch. It is equally inspiring for those without a professional background who are curious about the human body and its functioning.
