Zusammenfassung

The pelvis and the thorax are the body's supporting architectures, guardians of vital organs, and the focal points of all our fundamental actions. Our ability to walk with fluidity, maintain an effortless vertical posture, and breathe fully depends on their alignment and mobility.

When these two centers fail to communicate, stability gives way and the breath becomes restricted. This Rolf Movement workshop is dedicated to restoring their dialogue through awareness and movement.

What we will explore:
•    Grounding the pelvis to find support and stability in movement.
•    Freeing the thorax for a fuller, more responsive breath.
•    Integrating the midline for an erect, agile, and effortless posture.

A practical and theoretical exploration for Rolfers who wish to refine their own awareness and that of their clients.

Crucially, we will connect these movement explorations directly to the Rolfing® 10-Session Series providing you with practical strategies to introduce this somatic awareness at every stage of the client’s process.

Join us for this enriching opportunity to refine your professional touch, deepen your understanding of movement, and reconnect with the principles that sustain balance and breath.
