Hey, I am a spiritual scientist living on the countryside in North Germany with my three cats and a natural garden full of wildlife. Since 2016 I have a studio where I give Rolfing, Rolf Movement and Somatic Experiencing (SE) sessions. Also I teach Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, natural Breathing and Sleeping. In my former work life I had a profession in Palaeobiology and Evolution at the University in Portsmouth. To pass on and to share my insights, experiences and knowledge with others is a wonderful duty.
