If you've already experienced the magic of Rolfing SI and have a person in your life that you would love to share that with... here's your chance. I'll be offering an informal (i.e., working through clothes/shorts and vests) clinic day where you can bring your friend/partner/family member who really needs to meet Rolfing for a 30 minute taster session. All gratis, to honour the brilliance of the late Dr Ida Rolf, a woman ahead of her time (and possibly still ahead of our time!) No need to book, first come first served basis. If you have particular health concerns or access needs, it is a first floor clinic and in that case, do get in touch to see what we can arrange.
