All of our courses and workshops have different cancellation policies, please make sure you read the appropriate cancellation policy applicable to you.
Models
If you have booked a Rolfing 10-Series as a model in our training, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee for cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of the sessions. For cancellations made less than three days before the start, the full participation fee (100%) will be charged. If we are able to find a replacement model for the sessions at short notice, we will be happy to refund your fees.
For Teacher Models, a fee of EUR 100 will be charged if participation is cancelled less than four weeks before the first Rolfing session.
Meet ROLFING®
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the course fee when cancellation less than two weeks prior to the course. And 100% of the course fee in the event of cancellation less than one week before the start of the course or absence without cancellation.
Level 1
We reserve the right to charge €100 for cancellations up to four weeks before the start of the course, 50% for cancellations up to two weeks before the start of the course and 100% for cancellations less than two weeks before the start of the course or absence without cancellation.
Level 2 / Modular or Intensive 2
The following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation up to six weeks before start: no cancellation fee, up to four weeks before start 50% of the full tuition. Cancellation less than four weeks before start or no-show: 100% of the full tuition.
Level 3 / Modular or Intensive 3
The following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation up to six weeks before start: no cancellation fee, up to four weeks before start 50% of the full tuition. Cancellation less than four weeks before start or no-show: 100% of the full tuition.
Rolf Movement™ Certification Training
The following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation up to eight weeks before start: no cancellation fee, up to four weeks before start 50% of the full tuition. Cancellation less than four weeks before start or no-show: 100% of the full tuition.
Supervision and Continuing Education Workshops
The following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation up to six weeks before start: no cancellation fee, up to two weeks before start 50% of the full tuition. Cancellation less than two weeks before start or no-show: 100% of the full tuition.
Level 4 Advanced Rolfing® Training
The following cancellation fees apply: Cancellation up to eight weeks before start: no cancellation fee, up to four weeks before start 50% of the full tuition. Cancellation less than four weeks before start or no-show: 100% of the full tuition.
