Summary

Level 1 includes three Parts of three 3-day courses, a total of nine courses.
To get started, we recommend the first Part or the first three courses: Movement 1, Anatomy 1, and Touch 1.

Upon completion of the nine Level 1 courses on offer you receive a certificate in Myofascial Foundation and you can sign up for Level 2 of the Rolfing®-training.

The ERA is committed to the academic growth and ongoing development of therapeutic skills in all of its graduates. As a result, we maintain a rich and varied program of 2 to 6-day workshops. All Certified Rolfers® must complete a minimum of eighteen days of approved continuing education over a period of three to seven years in preparation for their Advanced Rolfing® Training; this is a requirement to maintain the Rolfing certification. Rolf Movement™ is a separate, yet complementary training programme to Rolfing® Structural Integration. We offer this training divided in three parts and each part can be booked separately in the preferred order and can be spread over a few years as each part will be available every 9-11 months.
