Summary

Defining and selecting appropriate homework is a way to empower clients and help them maintain the results of their Rolfing® Structural Integration sessions in the long term. In this workshop, you will explore how to choose and adapt homework to each client.

Homework is also a valuable tool for us as Rolfers®: it can support our own system and nourish our ability to relate – from our felt sense – to our work and to the people we meet.
