Summary

Navigating the complexity of human structure and function can be a challenge.
The 6-Steps Schema, developed by Swiss Rolfers® Hans Flury and Willy Harder, offers a practical framework to guide us from analysis to integration. It complements the classical 10-Series and is equally valuable for post-10 work. I've been using this approach in my practice for over 30 years, and it has consistently helped me refine my work as a Rolfer®.

Using the 6-Steps can help make your work more focused and effective, which in turn makes it more rewarding. Having a clear framework doesn’t mean you lose flexibility or intuition in your work. On the contrary, it can give you the confidence to adapt creatively while drawing on a wide range of techniques.

You’ll learn about

This two-day workshop is designed to put the 6-Steps into practice. Together, we will:
- Feel and experience typical structural patterns in our own bodies.
- Look at the body systematically in all its spatial dimensions.
- Practice focused hands-on techniques with each other.
- Learn and refine techniques for shaping the fascial network
- Use video analysis to identify structural and functional patterns.
- Exchange 5 to 6 short sessions to address these patterns with hands-on and movement-based work.
- Combine these shorter sessions into a mini-series over the course of the workshop.
