What exactly is Rolfing® Structural Integration?
Fascia work with structure and system
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a method of manual bodywork and movement education that works specifically with the fascial system to realign the body – in balance with gravity. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, the method focuses on recognising and transforming deeper patterns of tension, posture, and movement. Rolfing® can help promote freedom of movement, support realignment and elevate body awareness over time.
Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, the method is based on a strong anatomical foundation and the interrelationship between structure and function. Our curriculum continuously evolves by integrating current findings from fascia research, scientific insights, and practical experience.
